The Medical and Health Related Issues Interdisciplinary Committee shall study and report on the technical, ethical and scientific aspects of medical and health related legal issues of interest to the association; identify common goals of and study ways to enhance collegiality and cooperation between the legal and medical professions in Pennsylvania; and from time to time make reports and recommendations regarding the formulation of policy that may affect existing or proposed law that impacts medical and health related issues and relations between the respective professions. The committee will also sponsor and/or plan continuing legal education programs relating to these areas of the law.
