Looking for Arbitrators

NASD Regulation, Inc. Looking for Arbitrators

The Office of Dispute Resolution for NASD Regulation, Inc. is seeking persons interested in serving as arbitrators to hear disputes and render decisions in cases involving customer complaints or employment issues concerning NASD members. The Office of Dispute Resolution was organized under the umbrella of the NASD in 1968 to resolve disputes arising in the securities industry.

Qualified candidates must be familiar with the securities industry or experienced in arbitration and willing to attend a three-hour training session.
