Timeline - APPELLANT DESIGNATES REPRODUCED RECORD

No later than 30 days (23 days in Children's Fast Track) before appellant's brief is due, appellant shall file and serve a designation of the parts of the record which he intends to reproduce and a brief statement of issues which he intends to present for review. Pa.R.A.P. 2154(a), (c).

Within 10 days (7 days in Children's Fast Track) after receipt of appellant's designations, appellee may file and serve a designation of those parts of the record which he deems necessary for the appeal, if appellant has not designated such parts of the record. Pa.R.A.P. 2154(a), (c).
