The PBA has reserved a block of guest rooms at a reduced group rate. Anyone attending the PBA Civil Litigation Annual Retreat must block their guest rooms through the PBA using this registration form. Accommodations at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel are $209 per night plus 13.5 percent applicable tax ($237.22/night) single/double/triple or quad occupancy.

Cancellation policy: Pre-registration deadline is Monday, March 22, 2010. After that date all registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellations must be received no later than March 25, 2010. Upon receipt of written cancellation, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after March 25, 2010.
