Veterans Day 2011 Message from Legal Services Corp. Board Chair
On Nov. 11, John G. Levi, board chairman of the Legal Services Corp., honored veterans for their service and for the courage that "keeps alive the values of our Founding Fathers," including the value of equal justice. Since 2002 the PBA's Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee and its LAMP listserv have helped over 2,000 active-duty personnel, veterans and their families. Click here to read the message.

This is a compilation of organizations that provide help with disability claims, discharge disputes, VA guidance and legal conflicts. Maine Website Launched in November 2010 Focused on Vets' Legal Issues
Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Portland, Me., A nonprofit legal aid program funded by the Legal Services Corporation (LSC), has established the first website in the nation to focus exclusively on federal legal rights and resources important to veterans, according to the LSC. ABA Military Pro Bono Project
